Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products there is a no refund or exchange policy for all of our products, unless there is a manufacture error. We will ship a new product out for you. Or if your package was lost in transit ONLY IF YOU PAID FOR TRACKING, we will replace it. We do not accept cancellations for any orders after 12 hours. Our turn around time is 5-7 business days and this does not include shipping time. Shipping time is dependent on the carrier, we currently use USPS and UPS as our shipping carrier. Shipping times vary depending on the needs of that carrier. Thank you.
