Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 weeks in business days to process your order. Expect an email from us to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within a week using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of 70 cents applies to orders within the US only. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KSDESIGNS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us through our Facebook or contact page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory.
